William Broadus Coleman, 30, a building service manager at Forest Oak Middle School in Montgomery County was arrested on Tuesday for possession of a loaded privately manufactured handgun, according to the Gaithersburg Police Department. A 16-year-old from Gaithersburg will face serious charges after being caught in a stolen car with a loaded semiautomatic weapon in his pocket, according to police in Montgomery County.
