Crash Slows Traffic Along I-264 In Virginia Beach A vehicle crash was slowing traffic along I-264 in Virginia Beach Wednesday morning, Aug. 16. The accident happened on the eastbound side at mile marker 20.8 near near Lynnhaven Parkway, just before 8:30 a.m., the VDOT website says. Photos at the scene show fire engines and emergency response vehicles. Motorists can expect delays with the east center lane, right center lane, and right outside lane closed.
