Shortly after 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, Metropolitan Police Assistant Chief Andre Wright said that 10-year-old Arianna Davis was hit by a bullet in the 3700 block of Hayes Street NE, after dozens of shots rang out in the area. No One Injured After Shooting On DC-295 That Involved Off-Duty FBI Officer An off-duty FBI officer was involved in a shooting on DC-295, NBC4 Washington reported. Although the incident took place at around 1:30 p.m. on August 27, a call  came to law enforcement for a shooting at the intersection of Hayes Street and Kenilworth Avenue, the website said.  There was no reason given as a motive for the shooting and no injuries were reported, NBC4 Washington said. Teenage Homicide: DC Police Arrest 18-Year-Old For 17-Year-Old's Murder D.C. police arrested a suspect on Tuesday, August 9, for the murder of a 17-year-old, officials said. On July 9 at around 5:30 p.m., police responded to the 3500 block of Hayes Street to find Damari Wright, 17, suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.  Wright showed no signs of life and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities reported.
