Disorderly Trespasser Shoves Officer During Pursuit In Arlington: Police A 34-year-old man tried to hit a security guard and shoved an arresting officer during a pursuit in Arlington, police said. Emmanuel Toefield was acting disorderly inside of a business on the 4200 block of Wilson Boulevard around 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, county police said. Security personnel told him he needed to leave, but Toefield returned a short time later and tried to strike the guard, authorities said.
