A corrections lieutenant was found dead in the woods in central Pennsylvania hours after her suspected killer and husband was shot dead by police in Virginia, authorities say. Pennsylvania state police were sent to contact the next of kin of Derrick Avey at the home he shared with his wife Kyline C.
