Police ID Victim, Suspect In 'Deliberate' Petworth Library Murder In DC
New details have been released after a man was murdered in cold blood at the Petworth Library in Washington, DC in front of several patrons, some of whom were children. David Howard, 36, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder while armed following an investigation into the stabbing death of 45-year-old Ali Zarrincalaki on Thursday, March 2 in the 4200 block of Kansas Avenue in Northwest DC.
