Pete Davidson is back, baby. The Staten Island "SNL" alum has booked several more stand-up shows across the U.S. Davidson will be joined by fellow comics Jon Stewart and John Mulaney at some of the events. Comedy star Matt Rife will swing through Virginia as part of his first ever world tour. The 27-year-old comic, who has amassed nearly 18 million followers on TikTok and Instagram, is set to perform two shows in Connecticut as part of his upcoming “ProbleMATTic World Tour,” which was announced Monday, June 5. Tina Fey, Amy Poehler Making Washington DC Stop On Upcoming Comedy Tour
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have announced a comedy tour together, with an Atlantic City stop on the calendar. The gal pals and "Saturday Night Live" icons took to Instagram to announce their "Restless Leg" comedy tour, which begins April 28 in Washington DC. Actors Wanted For Comedy Shorts Filming In Northern VA
A new YouTube comedy series, 'Bullpen', is looking to hire actors in the Alexandria area. The four-minute comedy shorts involve four pitchers and a coach in a bullpen, according to Backstage.com. Producers Chris Carvalho and Chris Plaushin, who recently created another film that has won multiple awards, are seeking actors between the ages of 18-60, the website said. All actors will receive around $100 to $200 a day and must have some background in comedy work, Backstage.com detailed.
