Man Brandishing Boxcutter Busted After Resisting Arrest In Arlington, Police Say An Arlington man brandishing a boxcutter who ran into traffic is facing charges in Virginia for allegedly injuring an officer while resisting his arrest, police say. Brian Tucker, 37, is facing charges following an incident that played out over the weekend when he was allegedly intoxicated and acting suspiciously early on Saturday morning.
