Sex Trafficker Held Woman Trying To Escape By Her Hair In VA: Police A 39-year-old man was charged with sex trafficking after he held a woman apparently trying to escape by her hair, then was seen pushing a woman out of his moving car in Loudoun County, authorities said. Andrew Hill, of Martinsburg, WV, was arrested after both incidents in Leesburg on Wednesday, Sept. 14, Leesburg Officer Michael Drogan said.
