Public Masturbator Nabbed, Linked To Incident At Arlington Community Center Police in Arlington have arrested a man who they say masturbated publicly. Alexei Rodriguez, 49, was spotted peeping through a window and masturbating outside of an open business on the 1000 block of S. Edgewood Street on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 4, police said. He fled on foot before police arrival. Rodriguez was arrested on Nov. 6 and identified as a suspect in a similar incident on May 3, police said. Rodriguez is alleged to have masturbated by the courts of the Walter Reed Community Center on 16th Street South, authorities said. He was charged with two counts of public masturbation and…
