A speeding motorcyclist was busted for an alleged DUI in Virginia after being clocked going nearly 100 mph over the holiday weekend, according to the sheriff's office. Bradley Kurtz, 26, of Goldvein, readily admitted to consuming beers and booze before getting on his bike and taking off, leading to his arrest for intoxicated driving and weapons offenses. A 15-year-old Manassas boy will be facing weapons offenses for bringing a folding knife to school, police said. The boy was charged on May 22 after a school resource officer at Unity Reid High School found him with the weapon on May 1 around 11:10 a.m., while investigating a separate incident, county police said. A 52-year-old Virginia man has been indicted in the robbery and murder of a New York taxi driver in 2021. Percell Ross Blakely, of Covington, stole property from 62-year-old Andres Valenzuela before shooting him on Main Street in New Rochelle, NY on Oct. 14, 2021, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Man Charged With Firing Shots Inside His Home In Prince William County: Police
A 47-year-old man from Prince William County fired shots inside his home, authorities said. A 25-year-old female victim called Prince William police about a man brandishing a gun. When police arrived they found the Patrick Leon Lynn had fired shots within his own home at about 6:50 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 28 on Purvis Drive in Triangle.
