Dollar Store Deviant With Hands In Pants Wanted For Indecent Exposure In PWC Peekaboo!  A sneaky suspect spotted suspiciously skulking behind shelves at a Dumfries Dollar Tree is wanted after allegedly exposing himself toward an employee, according to the Prince William County Police Department.  Officers were called to the Dollar Tree on Waterway Drive shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19, where there was a report of an indecent exposure incident involving a curious man who fled from the scene.
