Rahman Ferguson Arrested In Alexandria Virginia A 53-year-old man wanted for a woman's North Carolina murder was captured following a police pursuit in Alexandria, authorities said. Alexandria police received a BOLO for Rahman Ferguson just before 11 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, a spokesperson for the police department said.
