Sex Offender Busted Lingering Near School Bus Stop in North Stafford: Police A 45-year-old sex offender lied to deputies about his identity when he was caught hanging around a school bus stop earlier week, authorities said. Teddy Morrow, of Orange, was spotted by a concerned resident who contacted the Stafford County Sheriff's Office about a suspicious person hanging around a North Stafford bus stop at 3 p.m., deputies said.  When deputies arrived Morrow gave them a fake name, the Sheriff's Office said, but they were ultimately able to confirm who he really was using DMV records.  It's unclear if any students came in contact with Morrow, the Sheriff's Off…
