The black Honda Accord being sought in connection with the case of Ronique Channel Proteat and Tyrell Ashley Davenport was found. However, 15-year-old Ronique remains missing, having last been seen in Newbridge Terrace in Richmond Wednesday, April 3. She is believed to have been taken by Tyrell. This is a developing story. Shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, crews were called to the 4600 block of Fairfax Drive to investigate a reported natural gas leak that was emanating the scent throughout downtown Ballston.
