Police ID Virginia Man Killed Crashing Into Maryland Guardrail A 22-year-old Virginia man was killed in Montgomery County over the weekend after crashing into a guardrail in an early morning crash, police say. Annandale resident Carlos Alexis Yanez Marquez has been identified as the person killed in a single-car crash in Rockville that sent two others to the hospital.
