Alexandria Native Neha DeKawar Dies In San Diego, 23 Alexandria native Neha DeKawar died in San Diego, CA on Saturday, July 8, her obituary says. She was 23 years old. Neha graduated from T.C. Vonnie immigrated to the United States from Laos in 1981 before graduating from T.C. Williams High School in 1995, her obituary says.
