Evicted Shed Squatter Assaults 'Landlord' With Knife: Stafford Sheriff A 20-year-old woman who assaulted a man with a knife after he kicked her out of a shed she had been living in on his Stafford County property is in police custody, authorities said. Stephanie Lemus Perez, of Spotsylvania County, was found at a Sunoco station in Fredericksburg with drugs that she said she found at Taco Bell, and remanded to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
