Alexandria Man Exposing Himself Taken Down By Taser-Like Device: Arlington Police
A 43-year-old Alexandria man exposed himself, then attempted to avoid his arrest in Arlington before being taken down by officers, police say. Officers were called late on Sunday afternoon in the area of the Arlington County Trades Center, where there were reports of man who exposed himself outside of a business in front of a woman. A responding officer spotted the suspect, Dejuan Douglas, at the scene and made contact with him, though Douglas ignored commands and fled the area on foot. Charges are racking up for a former Florida woman who barricaded herself in a vacant Virginia home last October, as she's had yet another run-in with the law after committing on a crime on the very same block, authorities said. Vivian Vann, 52, was one of two women who forced their way into a vacant home and swiped some items before leaving the scene on N.
