Arlington doesn't skip leg day — or any day in the gym. That's one reason why it was named America's Fittest City by the American College of Sports Medicine and the Elevance Health Foundation. And Arlington wasn't the only city in Virginia on the list. The annual study ranks cities based on their commitment to health.
