Unlicensed Driver, 16, Charged In Fatal PWC Crash: Police A 16-year-old driver has been charged in a three-car crash that left a 19-year-old passenger in another car dead over the weekend in Prince William County, police said. The teen boy, of Haymarket, was going above the speed limit in the 40 mph zone on Catharpin Road and Fallen Oaks Place in Gainesville on Saturday, Aug. 26, county police said. High-Speed Chase in Stafford Reaches 116 MPH: Police A high-speed chase on Monday, May 30, reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour before deputies could end it, police said.  Daniel Moore, 24, kicked off the chase around 6:30 p.m. on Memorial Day after he sped past a Stafford County sheriff's deputy on U.S. 1 near Centreport Parkway in Staffford, authortiies said.
