A Maryland man is facing new charges in DC for stalking his ex, disseminating revenge porn, and shooting into her home, federal authorities in DC announced. Brandywine native Nahvarj Mills, 31, was charged by a US District Court grand jury on a 27-count indictment this week following weeks of terrorizing his ex-girlfriend.
