Teen Charged For Assault With Intent To Murder Near Southeast DC Churches, School: MPD A teenager is facing serious charges after being busted following an early-morning shooting that was reported in Southeast DC earlier this week. The Metropolitan Police Department announced on Sunday, Feb. 4 that a 16-year-old has been arrested following an investigation into a shooting in the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE that was blocks away from churches and schools in the area.
