Police Seeking Gunman Who Shot Father, 5-Year-Old Daughter In Northeast DC The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance as they attempt to track down a wanted man who allegedly shot a father and his 5-year-old daughter in Northeast DC overnight. Investigators have identified 29-year-old Alante Partlow as a suspect who is wanted for a late-night shooting on Tuesday night, officials say.  At around 11:30 p.m. on April 23, police say that officers were called to the 4800 block of North Capitol Street NE, where they found a man and his daughter suffering from gunshot wounds.
