Woodbridge Man Who Sexually Assaulted 12-Year-Old In 2018, Arrested: Police Police have arrested a 42-year-old Woodbridge man for sexually assaulting a then 12-year-old in the summer of 2018, officials said.On July 25, Jose Lopez was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor, who recently identified him when the incident was reported to the police, Prince William County Police said.  Authorities said Lopez was a family acquaintance to the young woman.  Lopez, who has a pending court date and as held without bond, was charged with two counts aggravated sexual battery, officials said.
