A 43-year-old man wanted out of Ohio was being held without bond after stealing a semi-truck and barricading himself inside for hours, police in Prince William County said. Manassas City police were called to the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and Phair Way for a semi-truck that had been parked on the property for several weeks, around 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, city police said. Search For Man Missing Since 2021 Renewed In Northern VA
The search for a 28-year-old man missing in Northern Virginia since 2021 is going strong. Manassas City police have asked the public for help locating David Stuart, who was last seen on Feb. 11, 2021, walking along I-91 in Spotsylvania County. Teen Accused Of Threatening To Bomb Manassas High School Busted By Police
A 15-year-old boy has been identified as the suspect behind a bomb threat that targeted a Manassas high school, authorities announced on Wednesday, Feb. 15. A caller, later identified as the teen, reportedly contacted Unity Reed High School stating that there was a bomb in his vehicle on Thursday, Jan. 26, according to a Prince William County Police Department spokesperson. Manassas Man Arrested For Impersonating Police Officer
A Manassas man was arrested for pretending to be a police officer, authorities said. Officers responded to the 9400 block of West Street, where they met with a couple who claimed a man later identified as 27-year-old Christopher Morneau, was impersonating a cop around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23, city police said. Police have identified four men they say stabbed a 25-year-old man two months ago in Prince William County. The victim told officers that he got into an altercation with the men just before midnight when they jumped him along West Street in Manassas on April 23, Manassas City police said.
