Alexandria Family Victimized By Gun Violence For Third Time In One Year A family no stranger to grief is facing the loss of another loved one who was the victim of gun violence in Alexandria. Kwakia Frazier, 25, has been identified by the Alexandria Police Department as the man who was killed in a triple shooting that left a 46-year-old man and teenager suffering from minor injuries. The shooting was reported at around 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19 in the 1300 block of Wythe Street.
