District Man Busted With Toddler Torture Porn In Southeast Heading To Prison: Feds
A District man who collected images and videos of child porn - some of which depicted the rape and torture of children as young as toddlers - will spend years in prison, federal authorities announced.
Southeast DC resident Donte Mintz, 30, has been sentenced to 72 months in prison after pleading guilty last summer to attempted receipt of child pornography, which was accepted by a judge on Tuesday, April 2.
