TikToker Constructing Tunnel System Underneath Her Virginia Home A Virginia resident who gained a TikTok following for documenting the construction of a tunnel in her home says she's optimistic about the future after the town put a temporary stop work order on the project. The woman goes by Kala on the app, identifies as an engineer and appears to do all of the work on her underground tunnel system by herself. FOX5 identified her as a Herndon resident.
