Alexandria Woman Assaults Juvenile Relative Then Police Officer: Authorities A 28-year-old woman was arrested for assaulting both a young family member and an arresting officer in Prince William County, police said. Officers responded to the 13700 block of Lynn Street in Woodbridge on Tuesday, Aug. 8 for a domestic dispute involving Kaitierra Shavae Thigpen, of Alexandria, Prince William County police said. During the investigation, Thigpen was being detained for assaulting a juvenile family member when she kicked an officer, police said.
