Woman, 80, Dies Weeks After Fairfax County Crash, Police Say An 80-year-old woman has died after suffering what were initially believed to be non-life-threatening injuries in a Fairfax County crash earlier this month, police say. On Wednesday, July 3, Mount Vernon resident Donna Gulino was involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 8600 block of Richmond Highway in Woodlawn, sending both drivers to the hospital. Investigators determined that Gulino was heading south on the highway and attempted to make a left turn onto Lukens Lane when a driver heading in the opposite direction struck her Cadillac in the intersection. Tractor Trailer Driver Struck, Killed On I-81, Police Seeking Info Police in Virginia are seeking the public's help with the investigation of a hit-and-run crash that killed a tractor trailer driver in the roadway of I-81. James W. Carr, Jr., 64, of Alton, NH, was struck by a northbound vehicle sometime between 5 a.m. and 8:12 a.m. on Saturday, March 23 on the highway stretch in Shenandoah County, Virginia State Police said.
