String Of ATM Thefts, Armed Robbery Minutes Apart Probed In Fairfax County Police in Fairfax County are investigating a string of ATM thefts and an armed robbery that happened minutes apart. Around 3:10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, three suspect tried to force open an ATM at TD Bank of Little River Turnpike in Lincolnia, county police said. They were unsuccessful. Then, at 3:13 a.m., an armed robbery was carried out at the 7-Eleven at 4818 N. Beauregard Street in Lincolnia, approximately one mile away.
