Drunken Fugitive Captured By Citizens During Police Chase In Stafford: Sheriff
A 30-year-old Virginia fugitive was captured by a group of Good Samaritans while running from police on Monday, April 22, authorities said. Jordan Perrin was spotted asleep at the wheel by Stafford County Deputy C.C. Crossett on Courage Lane around 8:20 p.m., the sheriff's office said in a release. Perrin, of Ruther Glenn, admitted to drinking beer prior to driving and admitted his license had been revoked due to a prior incident involving alcohol. They say "there's no place like home for the holidays." Antonio Wright and Ashleigh Sullivan are living proof of that in Virginia. Stubborn Motel Guest Finds New Accommodations In County Jail After VA Pursuit: Police
A motel guest who got a little too comfy come time to leave had help from authorities finding new accommodations — these at the regional jail. Police were called to the Motel 6 on Warrenton Road on reports that a man later identified as Terry Palmer, 24, of Stafford, was refusing to leave come 11 a.m. checkout on Saturday, April 15, county police said.
