Virginia Man Arrested for Abduction, Assault After Domestic Dispute, Police Say
It was a chaotic evening in Woodbridge as officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to multiple domestic disputes, officials say.
The first call came in around 7:46 p.m. on Nov. 18 from the 15500 block of Farm Creek Drive, where a verbal altercation between a 20-year-old woman and her acquaintance, later identified as John Jeremiah Bailey, 22, took a violent turn.
According to police, Bailey allegedly assaulted the woman before leading her to a nearby apartment complex, where the situation escalated further.

A 54-year-old man who struck, kicked, and bit a woman during a violent assault earlier this week inside a Prince William County home is wanted as police continue to investigate the incident.
Woodbridge resident Michael Nelson is at large following a domestic dispute in Dumfries over the weekend, where he allegedly assaulted a 34-year-old woman, officials say.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, at approximately 10:45 p.m., on Saturday, June 15, there was a verbal altercation in the 3000 block of Antrim Circle in Dumfries, that rapidly escalated.

Police ID Motorcyclist, 23, Killed In I-395 Arlington Crash
Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash on I-395 in Arlington Thursday, April 18.
Joshua A Craig, Jr., 23, of Dumfries, was heading north on I-395 at a high rate of speed when he lost control and struck a 2012 Acura TL around 4:50 p.m. near milepost 7, Virginia State Police said.
Craig's Honda CBR600RR went off the road to the right and struck a guard rail. Craig, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.

Man who robbed a Woodbridge business at gunpoint is in custody.
Dwayne Selman-Nevelle, 37, of Dumfries, walked into RIA Money Transfers on Richmond Highway around 11:50 a.m. March 27, pulled out a handgun, and demanded money from employees, Prince William County police said.
Selman-Nevelle took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a silver or light- colored Ford Explorer, police said. No injuries were reported.
