Man Accused Of Murdering Judge In DMV Found Dead, Sheriff Says Pedro Argote, the man wanted in connection to the murder of Maryland Circuit Judge Andrew Wilkinson has been found dead in Williamsport, authorities announced. The Washington County Sheriff's Office issued an alert on Thursday morning advising that Argote was found in a wooded area between Clear Spring Road and Bottom Road approximately a mile away from where his Mercedes was found during the manhunt tracking him.
