Maryland Man Exposed Himself To Woman Walking In Virginia: Police A Maryland man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman walking in Centreville, police said. Detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department’s Major Crimes Bureau took Zackary Webb, 20, into custody following an investigation into an indecent exposure incident that happened late last month near Route 28 and Machen Drive. According to police, the victim was walking in the area when a man in a car approached her and exposed himself. Detectives, with help from the Real Time Crime Center, identified Webb as the suspect. Anton Black's Family Reaches $5 Million Settlement Three small towns in Maryland will pay $5 million to the parents of 19-year-old Anton Black, who died during a 2018 police encounter, and must implement new policing policies and use-of-force training, following a two-year legal battle. The suit was filed against the towns of Greensboro, Ridgely and Centreville, along with the state medical examiner's office, two police officers and their two police chiefs.
