Archdiocese Of Baltimore Paying Legal Fees For Group Looking To Block Sex Abuse Record: Report
Despite coming out publicly saying they will not oppose the release of Maryland AG Brian Frosh’s 463-page report depicting the sexual abuse of hundreds of victims, the Archdiocese of Baltimore is reportedly paying legal fees to a group seeking to do just that, according to a new WBAL report. Washington Commanders Settle With Maryland Over Season-Ticket Holders' Money: AG
The Washington Commanders have agreed to return security deposits to former season ticket holders and pay a $250,000 penalty in a settlement with the state of Maryland, Attorney General Brian Frosh announced. According to the settlement, season ticket holders and other purchasers of tickets for luxury had to pay a security deposit to the team, which was required to return the deposit within 30 days after the seat licenses were expired or terminated. AG Seeks To Release Report Naming 158 Priests Accused Of Abuse In Archdiocese Of Baltimore
Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh has filed a motion to release an investigative report of sexual child abuse in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. On Thursday, Nov. 17, the AG announced that he is seeking approval from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City to release the 463-page report to the public, which reportedly identifies more than 600 victims. A homicide suspect who allegedly tracked his ex-girlfriend for several blocks before fatally stabbing her in Baltimore has been indicted on murder charges, the Maryland Attorney General announced.
