Nearly two dozen homes were evacuated in Fairfax County on Friday afternoon due to a HazMat situation in Herndon, police confirmed. Authorities have arrested the suspect wanted in the University of Virginia shooting that left three people dead and two wounded on Sunday, Nov. 13.
