Community Rallying To Send Body Of 'Wonderful Person' Killed In VA Hit-Run Back To El Salvador Before a hit-and-run driver in Fairfax County killed him, Julio Pasassi was a pillar of his adopted community who was known as a "true friend and leader," according to his family. Now that same community is rallying around his family as they hope to send his body back to his native El Salvador to be buried along with other loved ones.
