Mom, Daughter Killed In Philadelphia Learjet Crash While Returning Home From Medical Treatment The pediatric patient and mother aboard the Jet Rescue Air Ambulance that crashed and exploded in Northeast Philadelphia have been identified as Valentina Guzman Murillo, 12, and her mother, Lizeth Murillo Osuna, 31, of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, officials confirmed. Community Rallying To Send Body Of 'Wonderful Person' Killed In VA Hit-Run Back To El Salvador Before a hit-and-run driver in Fairfax County killed him, Julio Pasassi was a pillar of his adopted community who was known as a "true friend and leader," according to his family.
