Man Flees Crash, Leaves Four Unrestrained Children Injured In Virginia: Police
A Virginia man is facing multiple felony charges after crashing his vehicle with four young children inside—none of whom were properly restrained, police said.
Oscar Campos, 46, of Manassas, turned himself in to police on Tuesday, Feb. 18, following a crash the night before in Nokesville that left four children under the age of 12 injured, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Officers were called to the 13100 block of Old Church Road around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, after Campos reportedly crashed his vehicle and fled the scene before emergency services arrived.

Arsonist Arrested More Than Year Later In Loudoun County, Fire Marshal Says
A 31-year-old arsonist has been arrested in a two separate fires in 2023, authorities in Loudoun County said.
Austin Bostic, of Ashburn, is believed to have set the fires around 2:30 p.m. on April 5, 2023 on Thistledown Terrace, the county fire marshal's office said.
He was charged with burning or destroying a dwelling and setting fire to woods, fences, grass, and more, officials said.
He was held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with two recent arson fires in Leesburg, authorities announced.
Jose Hernandez set two different fires on the 800 block of Edwards Ferry Road NE, one on Sunday, June 2, and the other on Tuesday, June 4, totaling $4,000 in damage, the Loudoun County Fire Marshal's Office announced.
