Joshua M. Boyce, 25, a local resident, was identified and arrested following an incident at a Leesburg bank, which was followed by a short-lived police pursuit, officials say. Officers were called at around 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 27 to Truist Bank in the 1000 block of Edwards Ferry Road NW in Leesburg, where there was a reported robbery.
