A person in a wheelchair was left to die in the roadway after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Maryland. The victim was crossing Allentown Road in Camp Springs shortly after midnight on Saturday, Sept. 19, when a northbound driver struck him and kept going, according to Prince George’s County Police. Pedestrian Struck Crossing Route 355 In Maryland Dies At Hospital, Police Say
A 34-year-old man has died days after he was struck crossing a Maryland highway before dawn. Police identified the victim on Monday, Sept. 21 as Germantown resident Jow Dodou, who was hit shortly before 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17 in Gaithersburg. Dodou was attempting to cross Route 355 near Christopher Avenue when a 2020 Infiniti QX60 traveling south struck him. The crash left Dodou fighting for his life.
