Ray Darnell Smith Made Bomb Threat Targeting VA Facility An intoxicated 30-year-old man caused a stir at the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center (ADC) after calling in a fake bomb threat from inside the building, police say. Haymarket native Ray Darnell Smith made a scene on Thursday afternoon at the facility after making phony threats that gave some a scare.
