Culpeper Woman Exposes Herself In Arlington Parking Garage A 51-year-old woman was arrested for exposing herself in an Arlington parking garage, police said. Police were called to the 1700 block of Wilson Boulevard for a report of disorderly conduct where June Lee, of Culpeper, had apparently exposed herself, police said. She was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and held without bond.
