Dylan Edward Maxwell, 21, formerly of Perryville, died on Friday, Aug. 28, following a crash in Newark, Delaware, according to authorities. Maxwell, who was born in Elkton and most recently lived in Newark, was a 2023 graduate of Perryville High School and Cecil County School of Technology.
