Leaf Blower Bandit Admits To Assaulting Woman With Debris, Killing BF In Fairfax County The Manassas street sweeper who assaulted a woman with debris using his leaf blower before shooting and killing her angry boyfriend has pleaded guilty, Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced. Steven Green, 55, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and malicious wounding for the 2019 fatal shooting Miguel Leiva Hernandez in the Chantilly Park Shopping Center parking lot. The guilty plea comes after his March trial ended with a hung jury.
