Man Killed In Fatal Jersey Motorcycle Crash: Authorities A 43-year-old Jersey City resident was killed in a fatal crash in Jersey City on Thursday, Oct. 31, authorities said. At 8:55 a.m., the Jersey City Police Department responded to a motorcycle crash at Sip Avenue and Routes 1&9, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Texas Fugitive Arrested In Secaucus: Police A man wanted for arson in Texas was arrested in Secaucus on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 30, authorities said. At 8:23 a.m., officers observed a man, later identified as Tito Correa, causing a safety hazard as he walked between multiple cars outside of a crosswalk at Meadowlands Parkway and Wood Avenue, while other vehicles were traveling in both directions, Secaucus police said. Two Men Injured In Separate Falls In Frankford Township: Njsp Two men were injured in two different falls at the same time in Frankford Township on Tuesday, Oct. 29, authorities said. Maplewood Man Convicted Of Beating Mom Dead As She Slept, Prosecutor Says A 38-year-old Maplewood resident was convicted on Monday, Oct. 21 of murder charges in his mother's death, which he then framed as a suicide, authorities said.
