An (almost) lifelong Westchester resident, Sam has reported on all facets of Westchester since he graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in print journalism, including stints at North County News and The Examiner. Alexa Dubiel, Ringwood Artist, Clothing Model Dies At 30 Alexa Lee Dubiel, a 30-year-old Ringwood resident, died on Friday, Sept. 20, according to her obituary from the Kimak Funeral Home website. Alexa, formerly of Ridgefield Park, was an artist, who modeled clothes for RevMatch and participated in a campaign to be Inked Magazine's 2022 cover girl, her Instagram page show. She is being remembered for her artistic talent, love of animals and going fishing with her dad and going to the beach with her mom, according to her obituary. Contracts: Feds A Rahway highway contractor recently agreed to pay $950,000 to resolve allegations it improperly represented itself as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise to obtain federally funded contracts, authorities said. Three 13-Year-Olds Arrested After Making Threats Against Schools In Newark: Police Three 13-year-olds, two boys and a girl were arrested on Thursday, Sept. 26 after making threats against schools in Newark, authorities said. The threats were intercepted by police, leading to their arrest, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said.
