Biden is expected to pay a visit to McLean on Wednesday, Sept. 13, for a campaign reception at 6:30 p.m.

The president's exact travel route hasn't been made public, and the the timing couldn't be better: Right after rush hour. 

The president is expected to leave the white house at 6:15 p.m., and return at approximately 8:30.

In June, his visit to Chevy Chase notoriously jammed the Capital Beltway.
